They have their goals and ambitions but time and time again, they seem to always pick on yours. 

They say your dream is crazy and outrightly insane. They never have words of encouragement for you but they always remind you of every reason why your dreams wouldn't work. All they say is…

DON'T BE TOO GREAT, YOU WON'T FIT IN

Hmmm…

You see, if you really want the best for your life and you want your future to be proud of  and appreciate what you do now, you've gotta LEAVE THEM BEHIND and be about your own dream.

As much as it is critical that you observe and note that there are some enemies you mustn't make, it's essential you turn deaf ears to the words of pessimists and quit trying to please them. Forget how they feel. Let them say you stabbed them in the back and all sorts. Let them even criticize you. Guess what…

YOU CAN'T PLEASE EVERYONE

See, at that time when Usain Bolt lines up with his Jamaican Compatriots and other oppositions for the 100m race awaiting the sound of GO! So many things begin to go through his head. He looks left, looks right and he realizes that those with him at the starting point have the same objective as him…TO FINISH FIRST. However, the race begins and during the moment of running, one of his compatriots gets a muscle pull and screams "USAIN, HELP ME!". Should he look back and wait?

He's got a record to beat and he wouldn't let anyone jeopardize his mission because he's got people chasing after him from behind and they wouldn't hesitate to overtake so he had no choice but to ignore and leave him behind which is what you must do if you must succeed.

Cut ties with friends that don't push you to become better but always bringing their burden to you for they will ruin you. Let them hate you, let them fight you. They will automatically make peace with you when you become great. Surround yourself with people that believe that if they must make it, it's up to them. 

Know that life will be harsh but you've got to tell yourself: "NO MATTER WHAT LIFE THROWS AT ME, I WILL WIN."

Usain Bolt was rocked with injuries prior to the 2012 Olympics so much that people were beginning to doubt his chances of participation but he overcame his injuries, went on to participate in London 2012 Olympics and still bagged gold medals in 100m, 200m and 400m respectively. He competed with eight other athletes but he left them all behind to claim the best prize.

SET YOURSELF UP TO WIN

Don't wait for anyone's approval before you pursue your goals in life. They are too busy worrying about their problems that they don't know how precious your dreams are.
